Payments Orders & Delivery Returns Security Payouts Store Setup

For Shoppers

You can pay with Nigerian debit/credit cards, bank transfers, or Pay on Delivery (POD) where the merchant enables it. Card and transfer payments are processed securely by payment processors such as Paystack and Flutterwave.

If a card or transfer payment fails, confirm your network connection, try again, or use another method. Do not retry multiple times if you received a debit without order confirmation — the processor usually auto‑reverses within a short window. Keep your payment reference; the merchant and processor can trace it.

Delivery timelines are set by each merchant and depend on your location and the courier used. Check the delivery details on the product page or your order confirmation. For updates, contact the merchant directly using the details in your order email.

Return and refund policies are set by each merchant. Review the policy on the store’s page or your order email. Your statutory consumer rights under Nigerian law remain in place. For a return request, contact the merchant and include your order number and reason.

Use a strong password, don’t share OTPs, and sign out on shared devices. If you suspect unauthorised activity, change your password immediately.

For Merchants

Create your account, choose a store name, customise your theme, add products and pricing, and set delivery options. You can connect a custom domain or use a Storefront subdomain.

Card and transfer payments are processed by payment gateways such as Paystack and Flutterwave. You receive settlement to your Nigerian bank account through the gateway. If you enable Pay on Delivery (POD), manage cash collection and reconciliation in your dashboard.

Process orders from the dashboard: confirm items, pack, and hand over to your courier. Share tracking details where available and keep customers updated until delivery is completed.

Publish a clear return policy, including timelines and item conditions. Respond promptly to customer requests and provide evidence for chargebacks where needed.

Follow Nigerian laws on consumer protection, privacy (NDPA), advertising, and product safety. Issue clear receipts/invoices and secure customer data. When in doubt, seek professional advice.
