Virtual Assistant Intern - IT Department

Remote • Full-time

We are looking for a Virtual Assistant Intern to support the IT Department with day-to-day administrative and communication tasks. This role is perfect for someone who is organized, proactive, and eager to learn how tech teams operate behind the scenes.

You will work closely with developers, designers, and project leads to help manage schedules, organize files, handle emails, and assist in team coordination.

Responsibilities

  • Manage team calendars, schedule meetings, and take minutes.
  • Draft and organize emails, reports, and documentation.
  • Assist with tracking tasks and deadlines using project management tools (Trello, Notion, or Asana).
  • Help organize online files and ensure proper record-keeping.
  • Support the IT team with internal communication and project coordination.

Requirements
