About Storefront.ng

Storefront.ng is a Nigerian-built commerce platform that helps retailers and small businesses sell online and manage in-store operations — even when the internet is unreliable. We combine a fast, mobile-first online store builder, a resilient offline POS, inventory & staff management tools, and payment-on-delivery workflows in one platform.

Our Mission

Our mission is to make commerce simple, reliable, and accessible for Nigerian businesses. We empower business owners to track sales, manage staff, and build customer trust through seamless digital tools that work wherever they do — in shops, markets, or supermarkets.

What We Build

  • Instant Online Stores: Launch a professional store in minutes — no coding needed.
  • Offline POS: Continue selling when the internet drops; data syncs automatically once back online.
  • Inventory & Staff Tools: Monitor sales, stock, and staff from a single dashboard.
  • Payment on Delivery: Support for Nigeria’s most trusted payment method.
  • Local Support: 24/7 WhatsApp and phone-based help for all users.

Why Local Matters

Most global ecommerce platforms are built for other economies — they’re expensive, data-heavy, and require constant connectivity. Storefront.ng is designed for the Nigerian market: affordable, mobile-first, data-light, and able to run smoothly even when the internet goes down.

Our Story

Storefront.ng began after seeing how small shop owners struggled with manual record-keeping and unreliable sales tracking. Many couldn’t travel or expand because they didn’t trust staff to record sales accurately. We built Storefront.ng to solve this — enabling transparency, efficiency, and confidence for business owners across Nigeria.

Frequently Asked Questions

Merchants can enable payment-on-delivery during checkout. Orders are tracked in the dashboard and marked pending until delivery is confirmed. We integrate with local couriers and allow merchants to record cash collections or accept bank transfers after delivery.

Yes. Storefront.ng's POS is offline-capable: sales and receipts are recorded locally and automatically sync to the cloud when connectivity is restored. This prevents lost sales during network outages.

Our Basic plan starts at ₦1,500/month and includes an online store (10 products). Premium and Business plans add POS and ERP features. Hardware like a Bluetooth receipt printer is optional (one-time purchase).

A typical merchant can set up a basic store in under 30 minutes using our guided wizard. If you need data import, staff setup, or hardware installation, onboarding may take 1–3 days with our support team.

Merchants can add extra product slots, POS hardware, ERP Premium, and integrations (payment gateways, logistics). Add-on pricing and one-time hardware costs are listed on our Pricing page.
